Making of pomegranate juice:
Step-1: Take a pomegranate and cut into pieces and soak it in a bowl filled with water.
Step-2: Remove all seeds in the fruit under water so that the seeds will sink to the bottom, then the yellow or white membrane float over the top.
Step-3: Discard the membranes or peel.
Step-4: Strain the water in the bowl and collect the seeds. Put the seeds into the blender and run your blender for few minutes so that the seeds are broken up.
Step-5: Add water to the mixture and again run your blender for few minutes. After that take a mesh strain and keep it over the bowl and pour the seed mixture through the strainer.
Step-6: Then press the pulp against the strainer to extract the juice as possible.
Step-7: After extracting add half cup of sugar per one and half pomegranate juice.
Step-8: Mix the juice with sugar, add some little water and have it.
