Normal process like the intercourse, ejaculation and erection will also take place without any changes and any difficulty and the semen produced during the time of ejaculation will also look good in naked eye. However, samples are to be collected and tested to check the fertility in the sperm.
Treatment to get fertile sperm counts:
The treatment for male infertility is usually uncommon among men and only minimal number of males have the condition of getting fertile through various medications, after which the couple can get natural way of pregnancy.
In cases where there are no possibilities of the male to become fertile, techniques like the ART and IVF can be used extensively to help the couple in attaining the pregnancy level, even if the sperm count is low.
ICSI:
Intracytoplasmic sperm injection, is commonly called as the ICSI, is one of the types of in-vitro fertilization. In this process, a single sperm is directly taken from the testes of the male and are directly placed into the eggs by opening the outer layer of each eggs. This technique is mainly regarded for people with poor sperm production. The sperms are usually collected from the semen at the time of ejaculation or they can be directly taken from the testes region of men.
This technique has the capacity to make couples achieve pregnancy even if only few sperms are produced. In this process the embryos are placed in the uterus of the female after it becomes fertilized in nature.
Number of Affected Men:
The infertility problem has become more of a common problem among many people and there are many statistical reports which states that the infertility problems are mainly seen in males among the couples where they are constituting up to 20 % of the problems.
Estimates also shows that there are minimal number of men who have problems related to the fertility in formation of sperm cells to ejaculate. The unbelievable fact is that 1% of the total men, do not have the sperms in his testes for ejaculation.
