1. Time:
The pranayama is the technique that has to be done when one has purified his or her body. That is after a bath. The pranayama must be done only in the morning. The morning is fresh and free from stale. So it is the best suited time for the person to start practicing it. It must be started only after fifteen minutes from Tea. The mind gets rid of all the impurities by regularly practicing pranayama.
2. Place:
The pranayama must be practiced in a place where there is ample amount of fresh air. Otherwise the person will become giddy and will develop dizziness. The place selected for the pranayama must be large. The windows must be opened if it is being practiced in a closed room. The fresh air must be circulated in the room for the proper benefits to be provided to the people.
3. Posture:
Each and every yogic practice in the world needs or must be done with a specific posture. The yogic posture necessary for the pranayama is a straight back. The head must face forward. 5. Mindset:
The mindset of the people must be pure from all the thoughts of the distractions of the world. The mind should be concentrated only oneself and the thoughts must not waver. Pranayama Exercise Procedure

A. Inhalation:

B. Focus:

C. Exhaling the Air:
The last phase must be slower than the previous phases. The air must be drawn out slowly with the thought that all the impurities are coming out of the body.
The process of pranayama must be done for about three minutes to be sure of the effects. The person must be seated on the same place for about five minutes after the process. This will help in the inculcation of the energy. The pranayama can be practiced regularly on a daily basis. But it must be thwarted by those who have breathing problems, heart diseases, cancer, pregnant women and those who develop breathing problems.
